Client Partner (Banking & Financial Services)

A leading telecommunication company is actively looking for a candidate to join IT team.

The job holder will execute the overall IT business strategies and initiatives to our prospective clients under banking and financial services industry. He/she will provide to our clients wide scope of IT/process/governance advisory and digital solution development, planning, management, advanced facilitation practice, support and evaluation. Our professional services not only accommodate individual projects, we are also devoted to provide high level company-wide business solutions to our clients and strengthen their cost model and financial performance.


  • Create next generation digital solution for the overall company system
  • Indentify System requirement definitions and execute optimization processes
  • Reform and strengthen IT procedures and practices
  • Prepare System planning and IT cost reduction proposals
  • Create system future vision for each area
  • Select solution partners and GTM and prepare system outsourcing plans
  • Handle third party evaluations of system development projects
  • Pro-actively build strong network with key players in Banking and Finance industry and related institutes
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or Business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 12 years’ solid track record gained from banking and financial sector preferably with a wealth of experience in financial services consulting, market trading systems, financial institution sales system/information systems (BI, BPM, SOA, etc), core banking systems,etc
  • Knowledge in strong combination of both industry process and solutions in order to support business processes and solutions of our clients
  • Experience in systems integration including planning, coding, programming, designing and testing
  • Experience in designing and / or delivering digital solutions and digital business transformation projects
  • Strong passion to start up and grow a high caliber team
  • Strong business acumen, good negotiation skill, process and result oriented, product and industry knowledge in financial market
  • Proficiency in technical demonstrations with highly effective communication and presentation skill
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
